How does billing work?

When you onboard a client with us we then start billing and you pay in advance for the next 30 days of service. This can be different for SEO where we operate in monthly cycles but you will always get the full deliverable and support for the time you paid for. We make billing very easy and transparent.

What if a client cancels right before their billing date?

No problem at all. This is common where a client cancels a day or two before their next billing date. Simply let us know and offboard the client and we’ll make sure you’re not billed again. We know that sometimes things our outside of your control and would not want to bill you for services you’re not getting paid for!

Is there any contracts?

No contracts for your clients. The only thing we have is a 30-day notice of termination if you were to cease services with us entirely. This does not apply to a client leaving you or canceling. This is if you decide to leave our agency we have a 30-day notice of termination so that we can move resources around as we have dedicated resources in place for your agency.

Do you guarantee results?

We do not guarantee any results but we will guarantee that our team will do everything in our power and within industry best practices to ensure we are working towards optimal results for all of your campaigns. Marketing is tough and sometimes we have campaigns that underperform but we will always try our best to turn things around and work to help you salvage the campaign and client. We have a very high success rate across the board due to our aggressive pursuit of implementing industry practices for your campaigns!

Will you ever contact my clients and breaking the white label veil?

Never! You as the agency or reseller is our client and as such we treat you as our only client and would never reach out to your end client directly. That would be unethical and not something you will see us EVER do.

How fast do you get started?

Exceptionally fast! Once you onboard an account our team starts within 1 business day and typically can have full campaign setups done within 1-2 business days on paid ads and SEO not far behind that (depending on the service level you have us doing).

What if I need strategic help or have questions on my agency, troubled accounts, etc?

Just let us know! We’re truly here for you and want to help your agency grow and scale. We have layers of senior leadership that can help dig into issues, strategic questions, and overall just help you with consultative advice.
